The warranty on flexible (floating) arm bushings produced by Febest patented technology has been extended to 60 thousand kilometres. The warranty conditions for all other Febest production are unified: the manufacturer ensures the reliable operation of parts and components for two years or 30 thousand kilometres.

The extended warranty on Febest flexible arm bushings, the quality of which has been highly appreciated by our customers, is one of the clearest evidence of their reliability.

To date, 54 positions in the official catalogue of Febest are flexible arm bushings, each of which can be installed on several different car models.

Febest also uses flexible arm bushings in components that a manufacturer offers ready-fitted on the market, e.g. in levers.

The articles for flexible arm bushings end in the letter “z”, e.g., «TAB-012Z».

Febest has been producing flexible arm bushings by its own unique technology for about five years.

One of the clearest examples that Febest does not copy blindly original products is flexible (floating) arm bushings produced by the company. Original spare parts manufacturers such as Toyota, Nissan, Land Rover, and all companies that offer analogues of original details on the market, fasten the internal movable metal part, i.e. the axis with a spherical bulge, to the external by rolling. And such a linkage, as practical experience indicates, is the weak spot of original arm bushings and of those which duplicate the original design, i.e. those manufactured with the use of rolling. As a result, the reliability of such arm bushing is quite low.

Febest produces flexible arm bushings fixing the internal part to the external one not by rolling, but with the use of much more reliable threaded coupling and special glue. This technology has been patented by the company and to date, only Febest produces arm bushing in such a way.

The innovative approach to the production of details, particularly arm bushings, is combined with the core principle: if anything is to be changed in the original design of a spare part or in material selection, it may only be done for the sake of improvement.

Unlike many competitors, it is flexible arm bushings that Febest always manufactures as an alternative to original flexible arm bushings, and it is hydraulic arm bushings that are produced to replace the hydraulic originals. Often competitors, for the sake of greater earnings, advise their customers to mount an ordinary arm bushing where a hydraulic one should be mounted. Ordinary arm bushings are fully made of rubber and, of course, are much worse at quietening and supressing chatter, and they also lack elastokinematic features.
