The two types of clamps for car spare parts dust boots produced by Febest, i.e. FE-CLAMP and FE-CLAMPZ differ in a very significant way.

This difference must definitely be taken into consideration, notably because Febest does not only sell the clamps along with other spare parts, i.e. dust boots, but also separately – directly as the articles FE-CLAMP and FE-CLAMPZ.

FE-CLAMP

FE-CLAMPZ

The fundamental difference is that the clamp FE-CLAMPZ has a locking mount, allowing you to use it to fix both rubber and plastic dust boots. On the other hand, the clamp FE-CLAMP can only be used for fixing rubber boots, and cannot be used for Febest dust boots, which have a letter “P” before the “-” in the first part of their articles (e.g., for 0117P-ACV40).

We would like to emphasize that all Febest dust boots are sold with clamps, those which are sold along with other spare parts, e.g. with CV joints.`

Febest produces two different types of greases - FE-GREASE – for inner CV joints and FE-GREASEIN – for outer ones.

While many manufacturers produce greases which can be used for both internal and external CV joints, this versatility creates unnecessarily high risks and in the end can lead to premature parts failure.
Different CV joint constructions and different temperature regimes dictate the use of different greases - with a different texture and different additives. Respectable original car manufacturers use different CV joint greases, and Febest, of course, recommends such an approach to car maintenance.
Special greases FE-GREASE for outer CV joints and FE-GREASEIN for inner ones produced by Febest perfectly solve their specific tasks and have long established themselves among the buyers.

Febest produces a wide choice of arm bushings (plugs) for steering gears (steering racks), also offering arm bushing kits for steering gear.

Although competition amongst manufacturers of arm bushings is quite high, not many produce just arm bushings (plugs) for steering gears (racks), and Febest offers a particularly wide choice of goods in this sub-category.

Car owners will definitely appreciate the possibility of changing a broken arm bushing without installing a new steering gear, which is a perfect chance to save a hundred or sometimes a thousand Euro.

For instance, a new original steering gear for cars such as Lexus LX470 UZJ100 1998-2007, Toyota Land Cruiser 100 HDJ101/UZJ100 1998-2007 costs around a thousand Euro. The full arm bushing kit made by Febest for this steering gear will cost you twenty times less.

Febest explains how to replace an integrated lever ball joint

Febest produces spherical joints for levers, for which original parts manufacturers have not provided the possibility of replacing the ball. The company is developing the perspective direction of production of replaceable ball joints that are alternative to fixed ball joints.

Original spare parts manufacturers often leave car owners with no choice, forcing them, in case of the failure of one of the components, to replace the whole assembly, e.g. to replace the entire lever in case a single fixed ball joint fails. Thus a solution for a seemingly small problem such as a ball joint failure brings about significant costs. Still, a lever assy stands, of course, much more expensive than its separate elements. The impossibility of the replacement of a lever separately is especially depressing to car owners when they have to replace a practically new lever, in which all parts, except for one, are in excellent condition.

Febest, whose approach to production is by no means cut and dried, produces not only leverage assemblies, but is also the only manufacturer which separately makes ball joints that are alternative to integrated ball joints.

Although the process of replacing fixed supports cannot be called elementary, qualified specialists with necessary equipment can perfectly handle it. To do the job well it is necessary to follow the instruction.

How to replace fixed lever ball joints

Pic. 1 The fixed ball joint.

Remove the ball joint anther (pic. 2).

Pic. 2 The lever with the removed ball joint anther.

Cut off the retaining washer folding as sown in pic. 3.

Pic. 3 The lever with the cut off retaining wahser folding.

Dismantle the ball joint – take off the retaining washer and pull out the rod with the teflon liner (pic. 4).

Pic. 4 The dismantled ball joint – the lever with no rod.

Measure the fitting height of the new ball joint and cut the excess off the lever so after folding you can easily install the lock ring as shown in pic 5. This operation should preferably be performed on a milling machine to preserve the parallelism of planes at the both sides of the lever.

Pic. 5 Lever preparation for the installation of a new ball joint.

Rebore on a milling machine the fitting diameter for a ball joint (pic. 6). After reboring the fitting diametre of the lever must be 0.2 mm smaller of that of the ball joint.

Pic. 6 The fitting diameter that needs to be rebored

If the ball joint comes pre-assembled and the anther interferes with the fitting of the lever, remove the anther before the fitting (pic. 7)

Pic. 7 A new ball joint is ready for fitting into a rod.

Fold the new ball joint into the rod. Check if there is sufficient lubrication in the ball joint and add grease for ball joints if necessary (pic. 8).

Pic. 8 The new ball joint folded into the rod.

Put the lock ring and anther on a new ball joint (fig. 9). The lever is ready for further exploitation.

Pic. 9 The lever is ready for further exploitation

Another example of Febest being a responsible manufacturer that is not engaged in mindless copying of original products is front stabilizer links for different Subaru models produced by our company.

While originally these links are made of plastic, Febest uses aluminium to produce them. Plastic links, as operating experience shows, often break in the middle, or the arm bushings inside them fail sooner than one might expect. This is because plastic does not allow you to fix the links securely and it is the plasticity that eventually leads to failure.

Aluminium stabilizer links produced by Febest have performed much better than the original ones.
Meanwhile, we would like to emphasize the fact that in parallel with the aluminium stabilizer links Febest produces links that are copies of original.

This allows the company to meet the requests of those who still want to purchase a link made by the original technology or save a little.
Febest gives an extended warranty on its flexible arm bushings – 60,000 kilometres.

The warranty on flexible (floating) arm bushings produced by Febest patented technology has been extended to 60 thousand kilometres. The warranty conditions for all other Febest production are unified: the manufacturer ensures the reliable operation of parts and components for two years or 30 thousand kilometres.

The extended warranty on Febest flexible arm bushings, the quality of which has been highly appreciated by our customers, is one of the clearest evidence of their reliability.

To date, 54 positions in the official catalogue of Febest are flexible arm bushings, each of which can be installed on several different car models.

Febest also uses flexible arm bushings in components that a manufacturer offers ready-fitted on the market, e.g. in levers.

The articles for flexible arm bushings end in the letter “z”, e.g., «TAB-012Z».

Febest has been producing flexible arm bushings by its own unique technology for about five years.

One of the clearest examples that Febest does not copy blindly original products is flexible (floating) arm bushings produced by the company. Original spare parts manufacturers such as Toyota, Nissan, Land Rover, and all companies that offer analogues of original details on the market, fasten the internal movable metal part, i.e. the axis with a spherical bulge, to the external by rolling. And such a linkage, as practical experience indicates, is the weak spot of original arm bushings and of those which duplicate the original design, i.e. those manufactured with the use of rolling. As a result, the reliability of such arm bushing is quite low.

Febest produces flexible arm bushings fixing the internal part to the external one not by rolling, but with the use of much more reliable threaded coupling and special glue. This technology has been patented by the company and to date, only Febest produces arm bushing in such a way.

The innovative approach to the production of details, particularly arm bushings, is combined with the core principle: if anything is to be changed in the original design of a spare part or in material selection, it may only be done for the sake of improvement.

Unlike many competitors, it is flexible arm bushings that Febest always manufactures as an alternative to original flexible arm bushings, and it is hydraulic arm bushings that are produced to replace the hydraulic originals. Often competitors, for the sake of greater earnings, advise their customers to mount an ordinary arm bushing where a hydraulic one should be mounted. Ordinary arm bushings are fully made of rubber and, of course, are much worse at quietening and supressing chatter, and they also lack elastokinematic features.

Universal steering rack boots are a must-have for every service station!

Steering rack boots produced by Febest can be installed on any car model. This makes them extremely popular among car repair companies.

It is common practice for service stations to always have them available. After all, such a problem as a rupture of a steering rack boot, or its substantial damage often becomes visible when the vehicle is already on the lift and some kind of repair works not related to steering racks are being performed. This is exactly the case, in the absence of a steering rack boot just for a concrete model when the Febest universal steering rack boot becomes the perfect solution.

While universal steering rack boots produced by Febest and sold under the article FERKB-001 are ideally suitable for some car models, in most other cases, in order for the boots to take their place on the steering rack, they must be optimally fine-tuned during installation. That is, in case of necessity, boots have to be trimmed around the edges, depending on the thickness of the steering rack.

To fix the Febest universal boot on the steering rack, use the clamps attached. The article FERKB-001 also includes a special cone through which the boot can be put on the steering rack without being damaged. To achieve this, the cone is placed on the thread of the tie rod and the boot is put on the steering rack through the cone (the old cone, respectively, is cut off beforehand). In so doing, the tie rod remains in its place, and thanks to that, after replacing the boot there is no need for a wheel alignment. Car service stations that do not have a wheel alignment stand, will find this a very weighty argument in favour of using universal steering rack boots in their work.

As well as original steering rack boots, Febest products are made of high-quality rubber. Febest produces all its spare parts taking into account the harsh climatic conditions of northern regions. The rubber formula is based on natural raw rubber with the use of additives, which allows the product to operate at extremely low temperatures. Hydraulic arm bushings and mounts are filled with synthetic oils with additives, which enables you to use them at a temperature of up to -45 degrees Celsius.
Febest has no competitors in the world when it comes to the range of rubber aftermarket parts manufactured by the company.

When producing front rods, left and right, for Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class 204 (2007-2015) and Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class 204 4 Matic (2008-2015), Febest do not press arm bushings into them, but attaches to the rods, selling the arm bushings within the same articles.

This means that one has to press arm bushings into on their own, which is of course done mainly by service stations personnel.

Despite the fact that these positions sell well, and customers have already appreciated their quality, some of them might ask why Febest does not offer the rods along with arm bushings already pressed into them. “Why don’t you press them into during production?” the customers are asking us.
The answer to this question is quite simple. In this case, Febest is acting just like the manufacturer of the original parts i.e. Mercedes.

Mercedes does not also press arm bushings into front rods, selling these parts separately.

The hydraulic is better, the conventional is cheaper

It is a well-known fact that Febest produces some arm bushings in two or even three versions, for example, offering not only hydraulic arm bushings, but also as a cheaper alternative – conventional ones. As a responsible manufacturer, Febest strictly follows one of its key rules: if original parts manufacturers produce the hydraulic arm bushing for some unit, (e.g. for the arm), Febest offers namely a hydraulic replacement for the original part. If the original arm bushing is floating, Febest will also offer a floating alternative. We would like to emphasize that Febest produces floating arm bushings by patented technology:

Febest does not produce floating arm bushings by rolling the inner metal part over the outer, as others do, but using much more reliable threaded coupling and special glue. Febest hydraulic arm bushings are also characterized by high quality, although their price, of course, is higher than that of conventional ones, without the internal reservoirs and special filling liquid. Many Febest competitors, in an effort to win in price and thus attract customers, produce conventional arm bushing as an alternative to hydraulic.

The problem is that people, comparing prices and deciding whether to buy, often pay no attention to the fact that they are comparing prices on fundamentally different products: the hydraulic vs conventional arm bushing. To make this distinction clear, Febest in some cases produces conventional arm bushings, which can be installed instead of hydraulic. They are, of course, cheaper. At the same time, for some consumers conventional arm bushings are a cheap temporary replacement for their hydraulic relatives.
For example, Febest produces the rear arm bushing front arm for different Ford, Mazda and Volvo models in three versions, sold under the articles - MZAB-MZ3B, MZAB-MZ3BRUB, MZAB-MZ3BX
.
This is a hydraulic arm bushing with a shaft, which has established its credentials among customers. The company also produces conventional arm bushings with or without the shaft, whose cost is quite competitive amid the rates of rivals, who only produce conventional arm bushings and do not produce hydraulic at all. The arm bushings sold by Febest under the articles MZAB-MZ3B, MZAB-MZ3BRUB, MZAB-MZ3BX can be installed on the following models:
FORD C-MAX CAP 2003-2007
FORD C-MAX CB3 2007-2010
FORD FOCUS II 2004-2008
FORD FOCUS II CB4 2008-2011
MAZDA 3 BK 2003-2008
MAZDA 5 CR 2005-2010
MAZDA AXELA BK 2003-2009
MAZDA BIANTE CCEFW 2008-
MAZDA PREMACY CREW/CR3W 2005-2010
VOLVO S40 II 2004-2012
VOLVO V50 2004-2011

Often incorrect installation results in spare parts breakage. In order to ensure that a spare part is correctly installed and will best serve its purpose, it is necessary to understand that no little things happen in this case and many aspects need to be considered. For example, when replacing VWCB-TOUAR overhung bearings produced by Febest, which have well established themselves among our customers, it is very important to correctly complete all the steps mentioned in the manual, including the most important last one – align the shaft support of the cardan shaft along the mounting surface. This needs to be done in order to eliminate the risk of the cardan shaft shifting and knocking against other details, and can be achieved by starting the vehicle’s engine and bringing the car into motion on a car lift.

How to install the VWCB-TOUAR overhung bearing

Place the vehicle on a car lift.

1. Label the position of the shaft on the vehicle.

2. Detach the surface from the overhung bearing.

3. Flare the C.V. joint and detach the metal anther.

4. Open the locking ring of the CV joint, and put a mark on the front and the rear parts of the cardan, detach the cardan.

5. Remove the overhung bearing in a most convenient way.

6. Install a new VWCB-TOUAR overhung bearing, trying not to mix up the mounting sides (!) – the wider side of the rubber must be facing forward.

7. If necessary, replace the grease in the CV joint. Febest recommends Fe-Grease, produced by the company itself, which is highly valued by car owners and experts.

8. Connect the two parts of the cardan shaft using the previously put marks. Verify that the locking ring of the CV joint fixes the splined joint.

9. Fold the anther of the CV joint.

10. Mount the surface of the overhung bearing onto the cardan.

11. Install the cardan in accordance with the marks onto the car.

12. Fasten the cardan surface to the car body, not tightening the bolts.

13. Start the engine and begin movement (on the lift!). Align the shaft support of the cardan shaft along the mounting surface to eliminate the risk of the cardan shaft shifting and knocking against other details.

14. Tighten the bolts of the cardan shaft surface.

15. Take the car off the car lift.

Note again that ignoring one or more installation phases, e.g. replacing the grease, putting the marks, aligning the surface, not to mention choosing the correct mounting side, results in malfunctioning or even failure of the detail.

Good luck on the roads!

Febest flexible arm bushings – patented technology

Febest, being an International company, has representation on all five continents, knows no competitors in the world of rubber parts and is not limited to standard positions.

One of the clearest examples that Febest does not copy blindly original products is flexible arm bushings produced by the company.

For example, the arm bushing product line for various Honda models include three interchangeable articles: HAB-110 (standard option), HAB-110F («fortified»), and HAB-110RACE (for extreme operating conditions).

Febest was first to start producing universal steering tie rods for Honda cars, and as well as for other models.

Original steering tie rods have a slot for fixing a steering seal. The left and the right seals are different in length, but the original left and right rods are only different in where the slot is. The universal steering tie rods produced by Febest have two slots, so each of them is an alternative to the left and right original steering tie rods at the same time, which is very convenient for small auto body shops, so they do not have to store two steering tie rods, but use a universal one instead. Such versatility makes it easy for the ultimate consumer to make a choice.

One of Febest’s slogans says, “Every car is to have its own repair kit!” At the same time, Febest finds it critically important providing its customers with all necessary equipment for repair under a certain product item.

For example, assembly repair kits produced by Febest, not being the cheapest in the world of aftermarket spare parts, among other things, are famous for the completeness of bundling, which is not the issue in the case of other manufacturers.

Febest repair kits are produced similar to the original, “one to one”, for two sides at once. If an assembly has two pistons, Febest offers two repair kits – for four pistons on two sides, with all the nuts, bushings and washers. Every repair kit produced by Febest is equipped with two kinds of grease. One is for the quality replacement of the seal of the piston. In case of dry installation of a duster, risks are to tear it, and solid oil, for example, is a bad alternative to special high-temperature lubrication. The second kind of grease in the kit is for the axial slideways.

In addition, all Febest inner joints are equipped with high-temperature grease, whose cost is many times greater than the cost of conventional graphite lubricants used by competitors, which are totally unsuitable for internal joints.

How to correctly install wheel hub 2382-001

Despite the fact that our strict product control allows Febest to offer high quality automotive parts, our customers occasionally face breakdowns and malfunctions before the expiration of the applicable warranty period. The most common case for the failure of Febest parts within the warranty period, according to the Engineering Department statistics of Febest GMBH, is their incorrect installation, regardless of manufacturer.
In some cases, incorrect installation of spare parts may lead to serious consequences.

For example, the incorrect installation of wheel hub 2382-001 (onto Volkswagen Touareg, 2003-2010, and Volkswagen Transporter/Multivan T5, 2003-2011) often leads to the displacement of the ABS ring, and accordingly causes the malfunction of the whole ABS system, the destruction of the bearing separator, i.e. the failure of the entire unit.

A special mandrel is necessary!

Because this item, consisting of a hub, a bearing and retaining rings, forms a nonseparable unit, installing it without using special devices leads to its breakage.

When pressing the detail into the steering knuckle, force needs to be applied not to the body of the hub itself (1), but to the outer bearing race, where the lock ring is installed (2).

For proper installation, use a mandrel made of two semirings abutting the lock ring.

Install the wheel hub as the following:

Toyota has regained the title of the leader of the world's auto market

The Japanese Toyota Motor Corp, for whose vehicles Febest produces nearly a quarter of more than the 10,000 parts listed in the company catalogue, has forced out Volkswagen from the sales leader position. More precisely, VW itself left it with a scandal.

For the nine months of 2015, Toyota Motor Corp. has regained the lost title of the leader of the world's auto market. Toyota reported that from January to September it sold 7.49 million cars. The German Volkswagen AG, which in the first half of the year 2015 overtook its Japanese competitor by the volume of delivery, only sold 7.43 million cars during this period. The most powerful impact on VW was caused, of course, by the unprecedented scandal that broke out in September, which was the result of the revealed company deception with the lowering of emission rates.

In 2007 year, Toyota first released and sold more cars than General Motors (GM), which had carried the title of the “largest automaker in the world” for 76 years, but soon had to yield. The world economic crisis, which began in 2007, lead to the company completing the year 2009 at a loss (for the first time since 1950). In May 2012, Toyota once again pulled away into the first place, leaving behind Volkswagen and General Motors.

During the last three years Toyota has been the absolute sales leader, leaving its competitors no chance. In 2013 it sold 8 million 204 thousand cars, while its nearest rival, VW, sold 6 million 390 thousand. In 2014, 8 million 305 thousand of Toyota cars found their buyers (VW sold 6 million 549 thousand).
It can be confidently assumed that in the nearest perspective Toyota will remain unrivalled and will not give up the title of “the car dealer No. 1”.

To recall, the super crisis that broke out in September forced Volkswagen to suspend sales of diesel cars in some markets, the company will also recall 11 million cars, аnd the total of damage amounts to tens of billions. At the same time, Toyota has recently launched a number of new models including the updated Prius, which allows it, by contrast, to increase sales.

The total number of items in the Febest catalogue that are spare parts for different models of Toyota exceeds 2600 (there are over 10 thousand items in our company catalogue, which are analogues to more than 50 thousand original spare parts).

The spare parts for Toyota were the first ones our company listed in the popular European spare parts catalogue TecDoc in August 2015.

Febest spare parts for Toyota in the European retail online store Febest24.com.

Febest for Volkswagen

The world's largest carmaker Volkswagen, who has confessed to deception emission tests, threatened not only their own future.

The scandal around the manipulation with emission figures has already made Volkswagen incur enormous losses — the company's market capitalization has dropped to €25bn, the company could face $18bn fine, $7.3bn has already been allocated to eliminate the effects of the crisis. Volkswagen spent six years cheating on tests, the six years that the competitors devoted to developing greener engines. In addition, in the midst of the fall in the value of the company and impending court costs the company might not have resources to compensate for the wasted years, reports Wired.com.

However, the issue is not only the end of the scandal for the automotive giant, but also what it will turn out for Europe as a whole.
Wired.com draws attention to the fact that the difficulties at Volkswagen pose problems not only for the German economy, but also threaten to cause serious social consequences. The company crisis threatens the future of its 600,000 employees. The likely collapse of Volkswagen may even indirectly complicate the German admission of refugees from Syria, as the state is one of the Volkswagen’s shareholders and it uses the dividends to fund government programs.

Still, Wired assumes that the company can safely meet the crisis. The recent history has seen examples of collapse far more life-threatening than tricks with harmful emissions — the arbitrarily accelerating Toyota cars or unexpectedly fading General Motors engines led to the death of dozens of people. In both cases, the manufacturers incurred significant losses, but both stories were forgotten over time. The dishonest story of the millions Volkswagen cars, Wired.com is sure, will also be successfully forgotten.

What is important for Febest is that what is happening to Volkswagen does not affect company’s production of parts for VW (there are 253 articles of those in our catalogue). These products are very popular among our customers, it is a promising direction of development. Let us hope that Volkswagen will successfully overcome all the difficulties.

In the December of 2015 spare parts produced by Febest for Volkswagen will appear in the most popular European catalogue TecDoc, where you can already find our components for Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Honda.

This enables you to find all the parts produced by Febest for one or another model in the category in which you are interested. You can see products in each category separately.

Search by OEM
In order to find a desired part quickly, you can type the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) number into the corresponding field and the search will return an alternative part produced by Febest.
While searching by OEM you need to bear in mind that Febest produces a large amounts of spare parts that original manufacturers do not produce separately from the block. In such cases, you need to search by the OEM of the original block. For example, to find the arm bush of the back beam, you must enter the OEM of the back beam. Such details (available separately from the block) are indicated by "#" before the number of the block.

By size
Using Febest.de search tool, you can choose arm bushes, oil seals, CV joints, cylinder pistons, disk brake pads by their size. Press “Start” to begin. Using the drawings choose the type and click on it, and specify the desired dimensions.

Choosing an arm bush you can start from the coupling size “B”. As you chose dimensions, the system will return an arm bush that correspond to the parameters chosen. By the description of the spare part, you can make sure it is suitable for your vehicle.

By code
Of course, the easiest way to instantly find the spare part you need in our catalogue is to enter its article code into an appropriate search field and press the search button. However, to do this, of course, you have to know the code. On the other hand, Febest.de catalogue enables you to find out the code to later find and buy relevant details online, e.g. at Febest24.com.

7 reasons to work with Febest

The widest choice of rubber-metal goods

The range of bushings, cushions and ball-and-socket joints covers the whole gamut of Korean and Japanese car makes, and includes all popular European and American makes.

High quality at affordable price

FEBEST offers highest-quality automotive parts, which are ISO 9001:2008 certified and have a low reclamation rate. All our products are regularly tested in FEBEST own research centre as well as in independent laboratories. We offer high quality products at affordable price.

Efficiency

Our analysis department reveals weak spots in new cars at a moment’s notice, which allow us to react promptly to the market needs.

ОЕМ based innovations

FEBEST uses the innovative OEM-based product development approach. The range of products includes a large amount of unique automotive parts that are not originally manufactured separately from the node point, e.g. the silentblock separately from the arm.

Particular attention at climatic conditions

Mechanical-rubber goods are manufactured considering the tough climatic conditions of the Northern countries and the damaging effect of road treatment chemicals – this approach substantially increases the life of parts. The rubber formula is based only on natural rubber with the use of additives that allow the parts to operate under extremely low temperatures.

Hydraulic silentblocks and cushions are filled with synthetic oils with additives allowing the parts to operate in the temperature up to - 45°С.

Exact choice of spare parts

The long-term analysis and data collection from car manufacturers has resulted in the unique online catalogue, which allows choosing a part by the OEM number as well as the car make and the size of the part itself. From the year 2015 Febest production has been represented in the universal aftermarket parts catalogue TecDoc.

It is profitable and convenient to work with FEBEST

FEBEST - is highly demandable production, multi-level affiliate program, well-established logistics worldwide, warranty and qualified technical support.

Nowadays FEBEST has branches in European Union, USA, Russia, Panama, UAE, Kenya and Australia, but the brand is increasingly gaining in popularity in Eastern Europe.

“It has been partly due to the difficult economic situation in Russia and Ukraine, when people from these and other countries prefer to choose high-quality, but at the same time inexpensive automotive parts by FEBEST, which, in many cases, do not yield to the original, but often excel them”, says Vladimir Solovjev, the FEBEST sales representative in Europe. He carries on, “At the same time, there is also a demand for our products in Western European countries. There is not a single country on the continent to where we would not be supplying our products. As we all know, in the most developed countries the main component of the price of car repair is the cost of labour and against the cost of labour, the price of the parts is not significant anymore. At the same time, the mechanics there do not often know how the rubber bushing can be replaced separately from the arm. However, due to the fact that lot of people from the Eastern part of the continent have settled in Western Europe, the inexpensive and high-quality automotive parts by FEBEST are gradually gaining in popularity. More and more immigrants from Eastern Europe work in service stations in Western Europe, offering their customers cheaper opportunities than “replacing the original block with an original one”, and this also contributes to the popularity of the automotive parts produced by FEBEST”.

The company specializes in aftermarket parts manufacture mainly for Japanese and Korean cars, as well as for European and American cars. Every months 100-200 new items goes into manufacture.

The corporate group FEBEST, founded in 2007 in Germany, has nowadays its representative offices on all continents, and it has no competitors when it comes to the range of rubber aftermarket parts manufactured by the company. At the same time, it is actively developing other vectors of aftermarket parts manufacture. Having taken off with the manufacture of spare car parts for Japanese and Korean cars, the company is paying more and more attention to European and American models, being supreme to its competitors in, inter alia, its efficiency.
Despite its size, the concern is characterized by perfect mobility, and by the time the warranty for the first cars of the new production line is over, FEBEST is already able to offer its customers aftermarket parts, perfectly knowing which spare parts will exactly be in demand. Our analytics work in close cooperation with car service stations, who inform the company of the weak spots in the new cars. Every month the amount of items manufactured by the company in accordance with the customers’ requests is increasing by 100-200 units.
